How should I store my olives and olive oil from Mishkah?

All of our products are carefully sourced and selected for their high quality. Additionally, we always provide clear information about our products and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

How long does your olive oil last?

Our olive oil will last for about 12 months if stored properly (in a cool, dark place and away from light and oxygen) but for the best quality it’s recommended to consume it in less than 6 months.

How should I tell if your olive oil is expired or rancid?

One way to tell if olive oil is rancid is by its smell. Fresh olive oil has a fruity, grassy aroma, while rancid oil will have a musty, unpleasant smell. Additionally, if the oil is cloudy or has an off-color, it may be rancid. If you have any doubts about the quality of our olive oil, please contact us.

Can I buy bulk olives or olive oil from Mishkah?

We do sell bulk of our olive oil in our Tanakat but not of our other products.
